Cathy was so helpful with setting up our Cruise to Alaska. She was able to get through to NCL to set up our dining for our group and to help with all the small details you don't know to look for. Cathy was a dream to work with. From the very beginning she understood our expectations and she exceeded each and every one. Her knowledge was spot on and she went above and beyond! The day of our sailing we noticed that my daughter's birthdate was wrong on the paperwork. So on the way to the port, she called the cruise line and took care of it, so that there was no confusion once we checked in. She took the stress away from what could of been added while checking-in.
